Founded by a US Marine with twenty years of active and reserve service, Blue Water Resources has a two-fold mission:

Provide industry with highly skilled technical professionals who have honorably completed their service to our nation in the armed forces.
Assist service members to transition into challenging, rewarding and profitable positions in civilian industry after they have completed their service commitment.
